Established in Bristol in the nineties, we have a track record of providing learning and workforce development opportunities to public, private and voluntary sector services across the UK. We pride ourselves in being an independent and trusted partner, consistently delivering on our promises and exceeding expectations.

People skills
Develop core skills in supporting people. Motivational interviewing, de-escalation skills & challenging behaviour, professional boundaries, safeguarding, effective communication & assertiveness, and much more.
Mental health & wellbeing
Develop approaches and skills for Mental Health First Aid, suicide intervention, responding to mental health crisis and building resilience for staff and the people we work with.
Drugs including alcohol
Drug awareness training and specialist treatment interventions to develop confidence and psychosocial interventions skills to work with substance use, addiction, dependency, and to support change.
Complex needs
Develop psychosocial interventions and skills to support people experiencing multiple or complex needs including mental health, substance use, domestic abuse, ACE’s, trauma and PTSD.
Friendly Relations
Develop approaches and skills for Friendly Relations inside any community to sort out feeling alone kind of mental health crisis and building resilience for society and the people we work with.
